I just adjusted my goals from 1 pound a week to 1/2 per week, upping my cals from 1260 to 1480. I have only been on the 1260 for a month or less, but I am concerned. I have about 5lbs to go til my goal, and in some ways this feels retroactive, but I am just not feeling like I am getting enough on 1260.
Should I expect some weight gain initially? Any other issues?

I doubt you'll gain, but there's only one way to find out. You may find that you'll lose more if your body thought it wasn't consuming enough in the first place.0

I can't imagine actual weight gain. You may maintain for a bit. But more than likely you will be just fine.0

i just changed mine from a pound to half a pound because I have roughly 15 pounds left before I re-evaluate. I'm kind of worried about weight gain but I had a hard enough time eating what was allotted to me at a pound so we'll see how this half a pound goes.0
