:sad: Wow.. I have worked out twice a day, and stayed within my calorie amount for a week now.
Well...forgot my packed lunch at home, was starving.
WENT TO MCDONALDS.
You dont EVEN wanna know what I got.
Where do you people get your willpower? :blushing:

    Everything in moderation right :wink: I'm sure it won't hurt you too much since you've been sticking to the eating and exercise otherwise!

    Wait what did you have..... was it a big mac..... cause I would kill for a big mac right about now :laugh:

    I was just gonna say the same thing!
    I didn't bring lunch either...luckily I am the home ec teacher so found something in the pantry.

    we were just talking about big macs in my office (omg. i wanted one so baddd - but i already had lunch... so i had a rice cake instead) <--- hahaha. i think the '1lb loss' i saw on the scale this morning saved me :bigsmile: (trust me i totally understand the fast food thing) :grumble: i use other treats (slim-a-bears) to keep me away from fast food during the day... (if i was good a get a treat) :happy:
  • Take it from me... get back on track RIGHT NOW! Don't let this totally throw you off course. I'm one of those that, once I make one slip, I pretty much figure my whole day is written off so I allow myself to make another and another, and then the next day my motivation is gone so and before you know it I've gone a week without dieting at all. Well, the other day I had a slip at lunch, consumed my entire daily allowance in one lunch from Taco Bell, came home and was determined to salvage what I could from my day. I ate healthy the rest of the day, did my workout, and drank my water, and come the next day I found out I had totally maintained!!!! This was an amazing feeling for me because usually when stuff like that happens I let myself go until I notice I've gained five pounds. So just try your best to salvage the rest of your day, and tomorrow get right back on track. This is not a failure, just a minor setback. Good luck to you!!

    It is easy at McDonalds ---- Snack wrappers w/grilled chicken (no ranch though)

    This site is serioulsy amazing.
    Yeah, I am one of those ppl who usually eats like 1 hershey kiss and then im like well, there goes a diet.. and then i eat everything i have deprived myself of.
    But yeah, Im stayin on track, Im like chugging water right now at my desk..
    And for all of you out there with office jobs like me, i feel like its harder when you are sitting at a desk dont you guys?

    Hi

    Get back on the wagon and stick with it...the longer you stick to healthy eating the easier it gets
    My FAVVVVVV fast food meal was KFC...the mashed potatoes.....ohhhhhh
    DH and I would treat ourselves every 2 weeks or so...
    I haven't had KFC in MONTHS (not that I still don't indulge by eating dark chocolate or lof fat ice-cream etc)
    The thought of KFC literally makes my stomach turn now...

    A splurge now and again isn't too bad....don't use it as an excuse to eat even more and get right back on track
    Tomorrow is a new day!
