Losing the weight x's 2

I just had a baby 3 months ago and this will be my second time getting back into shape. The first time I lost over 80 pounds and then got pregnant. I want to get back to the way I look in my profile picture. The picture was taken at a half marathon (2009) I did in my state. I was a huge runner before getting pregnant so I am trying to ease back into running by doing a couch to 5k program. I am into week three of the program and feeling good. Well Good Luck to all of you out there in MFP Land...:smile:

    Good for you!! I think i'm going to start the couch to 5k program myself! I just heard about it today and have been lookin into it. I have never been a runner so I hope this will help me!
