a bouncy castle, ok i ordered a 7 ft by 7ft for the kids to play on but now the nights are getting longer i thought i could maybe have a little bounce too.. does anyone know how many calories a 20 minute jump burns? and what sort of things can i do on it?? it can hold 68kg whch is brilliant (i am just under 58kg i think)

you could google trampoline jumping, that's what i did, it's definitely a good workout0

you can do lots of different things... jumping high... jumping low and fast, jumping jacks, jumping from side to side, flips (if you are able)0

i can do forward rolls if that counts lol, doubt i could do a back flip etc although i might just try in time. thanks for your imput. now off to consult mr google0
