my biggest challenge with food has always been slowing down. i've tried just about everything....counting chews, eating with chopsticks, chugging water between bites...but i can never seem to stick with it. for whatever reason, i completely zone out when i eat and can't seem to focus on my food even with concentrated effort. suggestions???
