Crips / Chocolate

Hello folks
I recently gave up smoking, 9 days ago to be precise, and ever since I can't stop eating crisps or chocolate.
I'm running a lot to try to fight the extra calories, and am managing to come in under my calorie aims but this isn't good, is it?
Any tips to curb the chocolate cravings?

Man. Chocolate is a hard one and I feel your pain. For me, if I do chocolate I do it right and in small increments. I tend to opt for chocolate because of the whole heart healthy business. I keep it out of sight because if it's right in front of me I will eat it. Freezing it is also a good idea because if you take a square it will take longer to eat it. Good luck on the cravings and on the marathon!0

Hi JLaSoul333
Thanks, I might have to try the freezer trick! I just can't stop eating at the moment and it's annoying. I'm putting on all the weight I've spent a year losing! Still, as my family and friends have reminded me, I'm a lot healthier all ready, from just two weeks of not smoking, belly or not!0
