So I slept in this morning and missed my chance to go to the gym because I have no sitter for my son...so I am wondering what kind of things I can do around the house?? any great strength training I can do around the house??? Lemme know any great ways u know to burn cals!!!!

Body weight exercises are great. I have some workouts here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/rileysowner and I am sure there are a bunch more online. Youtube is a great place to find demonstrations of various body weight exercises. Also check out bodyweightculture.com and bodyweightcoach.com0

Bummer, lots of gyms have daycare services, have you checked if yours does? otherwise, take him on a walk with you, do a work out video, crunches, push ups, run your stairs, squats, leg lifts... jumping jacks? jumping rope? lol0
