30 day shred....the levels?

I know it says in it when your ready go on to the next level....how do i know if im ready?

    It doesn't kill you any more, or you're getting bored.

    I've finished the Shred and have started again with my OH, and while level one no longer kills me, I'm not convinced it's any easier physically than level 3, because I have to the adapted version of parts of both of them.

    The first one doesnt kill me as such, theres two things i find difficult to do - but thats cause i cant do them well, i sweat but thats about it lol and maybe ache a lilttle while doing it but theres no after pains

    I am currently doing the shred for the first time and my plan is to spend 10 days on level 1, 10 days on level 2, and 10 days on level 3. That way I can hopefully get good at all the moves and tone up in the areas they are trying to work on. I am currently on level 1 day 5 and it is no longer as painful so I'm excited to see what level 2 has in store.
