Let me start off by saying I HATE running, I always have, and I hope someday I will fall in love with it…but it’s just not happening right now…
Just thought I would share this little photo of mine because it helped me a lot. I usually workout on my lunch break at work, and there is a bike trail not far from my building. Whoever painted this on the ground, Thank You. Gives me that EXTRA boost when I’m feeling down or unmotivated.

Here is a pic of me and my husband after my first 5K (that I actually ran)..flowers are from friends (that are super fit and run marathons) because it was our first anniversary. Excuse my hair…it was a windy day.

    You look great and you doing great, I have to give a hi5 b/c eventhough you don't like running you doing it. So that's a big plus. You look great in the pic with ur Hubby and also very happy, Just keep doing what you doing and thankz for sharing it with us
