Low impact DVD suggestions please?

I'm looking for a DVD I can use at home for when I'm feeling like I need to snack in the evenings and I am bored. I figure if i stick on a dvd and do a half an hour of exercise this will stop me from eating more, doesn't have to be hard exercise, just something to change my habit of sitting on the couch and eating at night.

I need something low impact because I can't be jumping around on our floorboards (they are very squeaky and old and will wake the kids).

Something that focuses on abs, legs, bum maybe?

    I do pilates in the evenings. It really works you out, but it is low impact. You can burn 94 cals in 30 mins.

    Any Leslie Sansone video (Walk Away the Pounds) should fit the bill :wink: Love her videos...not to difficult, fun, still a great workout! They are only about $10 at Walmart ...
