snacking

So I am one of those people who loves to snack while watching a movie or reading posts here. I would normally consume meal like amounts of food, but now that I am an mfper, things have changed. I have been posting and reading here for about 35 mins. I have a big bowl of baby mixed greens, 1/3 bunch broccoli, and six baby carrots, and half of a yellow bell pepper. The total cals for this is 120 ish cals. I poured 3tbs low fat ranch dip to dip my veggies in. Well I have been munching and dipping for this whole time and feel full and satisfied. I looked down and all my veggies are gone and I used MAYBE 1/4 tbs of dip if that. I just touched each bite of veggie in the dip so it had a minute drop on it just enough to have a hint of the taste. What a wonderful snack. Full of colorful veggies I know every meal I eat like that makes my body stronger, prettier, and healthier. Thanks to all of you and mfp for helping me learn how to LOVE veggies, and how to exercise control, and enjoy being healthy. It no longer feels like a chore.

not by your self. I opt for small yogurts, low fat butter pop corn, mini rice cakes 90 to 100 cal snacks or OJ, yep OJ, I get the low sugar and it really hits the spot for craving control.0
