So I already know on the weekend I will be going out with my Mom for a belated Mother's Day lunch.

It's her choice where and she picked my all time favourite place. Olive Garden.
Thing is, the food there is terrible for you. So high in sodium. I already logged what I would normally have when we go (twice a year only) and it's way over in the sodium levels and just as high in calories!!

Would you allow yourself one cheat day? I feel so guilty but we only go twice a year. Thoughts?

Also, the Grilled Chicken Spiedini has 480 calories, 13 g of fat (2.5 saturated) and ,180 mg of sodium. Lastly the Herb-grilled salmon has 510 calories, 26 g fat ?6g saturated) and 760 mg of sodium.
