OK so I was chatting with a gal the other day,not slim nor obese...she actually looked just fine. She said to me that she works out and still cant get lean....FYI....You must BURN the fat and BUILD the muscle to let the muscle SHOW and to look LEANER. If you dont burn off all the fat you cant SEE the muscle underneath.... you will look thicker than you really are....the muscle makes you look "bulky" if covered with FAT.It takes very clean and consistent eating habits to achieve this in coordination with a great workout program.Adding weights or resistance training is the best way to get a LEAN look.Ladies....You WILL NOT "bulk up" by lifting weights!! Its about how you approach weights.

Also....target training with abs....the only way to let that 6 pack shine through.....BURN the fat thats covering them!!

:)

Story of my life... see my blog for the picture proof. I was a long-time heavy lifter. Once I cleaned up my diet... low and behold... there is all that muscle!!!

For any women who are interested in a good weight training program go to bodybuilding.com and look at Jamie Eason's Fat loss plan! It is not easy, but MAN you can feel it and see results!
