I am trying to get closer to my fat daily goal without eating bad fats. I am not a big fan of nuts (bad teeth) and the avocados at the store were worse than pathetic. I am also trying to watch my sodium so that I don't retain water, and it's coming up on TOM. UGH. I want to eat a package of cookies soooo badly right now.... any suggestions for healthy "fatty" snacks? Thanks in advance!

Greek yogurt! You will get some fat, an amazing amount of protein and it's so tasty. Cheese is also wonderful and good for you as well... you can look for lower sodium options. Organic is better. Think dairy...0

I was thinking cheese too, maybe add a couple string cheeses to my snacks and see how it goes? I already eat hummus, and the calories on peanut butter kill me! But it is SO tasty. I had some on a spoon the other night and it was heaven lol0

You can never go wrong with Virgin Coconut Oil, u can put a tsp in your coffee, tea, cook with it or just eat a tsp of it. Tastes great...well to me it does :-) There's Almond Butter, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil :-)0
