Stuck!

Hello!

So Iv completed my food diary and been under everything except for protein a couple of times but for some reason I havent been able to lose any weight in the past few weeks or so. Iv just been floating between 131-135 but I can't seem to break into the 120's does anyone have any idea's on what I might be doing wrong or suggestions on what I can do to drop the last few pounds to my goal wieght?

    Start out with giving some background information, like:

    - Age, weight, height
    - How long you have been dieting
    - How much did you weigh when you started
    - What is your daily caloric and macronutrient targets
    - Your weekly workout program
    - Any relevant medical information
