Now that I'm out of school for the summer, I'm going to be working more and also taking summer classes which sometimes makes it a little difficult to fit the gym into my schedule. (I also work in retail so my schedule is all over the board) but anyways I was wondering if anyone had some good at home workout ideas and I also have a Wii if anyone knows some good games that will help me break a sweat. Thanks!

If you have a wii fit- do the rhythm boxing under Aerobics. If you just have Wii Sports- do the boxing for about an hour! It will definitely make you sweat A LOT if you really put all you have into those punches!

Wii Outdoor challenge is great!! You have sprint races and trampoline, rowing all sorts of ways to break a sweat and it fun to play with kids too. You have to have the mat to go with it. I also like Michael Jackson the Experience. You get a good cardio workout if you do the dance moves just like Michael.
  • I have Comcast On Demand and in the sports and fitness section there are some good workout videos. Also Just Dance for the Wii is really fun and a good workout!

Wii fit, EA Active, Jillian Micheals for Beginners or 30 Day Shred. Just going out for a walk/jog is great exercise.

The Wii My Fitness Coach is great. You can make it really easy, but it also gets really hard. Hard workout wise, not hard because of coordination.

I love my fitness coach, it's a great game. It has some fantastic work out and will allow you to incorporate other equipment you may have such as hand weights etc Also I love EA Active, my personal coach

I do zumba on my wii (usually an hour a day) and have lost 37lbs since Nov. 22
