Hey MFP, next month is my grandmother's birthday and I would like to be under 200. I know I have a month to lose 7 pounds, probably will lose it in a week or two... But I want to maintain the under 200... So, I am going to put myself to the challange and try to lose ten pounds by the end of the month... This way I will have some flexability by mid next month and I will remain under 200... I have no plan on gaining any weight not even a pound so I believe that I can do this!!!
