Hi everyone!
I was wondering whether to buy a sweat belt or not, I have read reviews with pros and cons and I'm still not quite decided...
Has anyone got one and can see results?

You'd be better served by sending me they money and then I'll think good thighs (edited to add: this was supposed to be 'thoughts' but this works) about you getting smaller. Those things, machines that vibrate, anything that sounds easy, is usually snake oil. Not to mention you can become dangerously overheated.0

they don't help one bit with weight loss/fat loss, but I guess if you're trying to make yourself look slimmer under clothes the could work.
You can't sweat out fat, no matter what you do. Your body doesn't burn fat that way. In fact, if it's cold out, raising the heat level of a localized area of the body would probably reduce fat loss levels as the body burns calories to keep your temperature at a certain level (admittedly by a tiny fraction of a percent, probably never even measurable).0 -
thank you, I think I probably won't bother0
