Anyone tried it?
Supposedly this diet is quite similar to Atkins only "healthier". It actually had pretty good reviews online too.

Eating healthy and exercising s the only way to go..no quick fixes, that's for sure0

Not looking for a "quick fix" just trying to get past a plateau.0

I read that article, too! I have not tried it but I do eat these very healthy,"cookies" that are made of bran and rolled oats and stuff like that in place of carbs. Works for me. The daily pancake on that diet does not sound that bad,though!0

I like the thought behind it in that it's lower carb but healthy and you just eat right carbs. Do you know is what Katherine Middletonsed before she got married a few weeks ago? Well so the papers here said0

I just read that it was all the rage in Europe and all the celebs were using it post-baby....not that that's what sold me on it.
Low-carb diets just seem to be the only thing that has ever really worked for me but I hate the fatigue/brain fog. I like the idea that this diet has a healthier twist AND a pretty good success rate.
Thinking I'll give it a go.0
