I think I'd get sick of all of the Cheerios :laugh:0

Two yogurts a day would put me over on my sugars, or right AT my sugars, depending on the flavor, not counting the fruit. And it doesn't seem to have enough protein or veggies for my taste.0

I don't think it's long term sustainable. Are on a "diet" or are you trying to rehabilitate your eating habits? It will probably work short term, but when you go off it, you won't have really changed your long term dietary habits. Just my opinion.0

too much sugar. Even if it's well within your calorie count the sugars & artificial sweeteners will spur your appetite.0
