Hello everyone , im jamie and i am 31 years old , just joined my fitness as it was recommended to me by a friend , and its a pretty darn good site ! Havent got any friends on here yet so i still am a my fitness virgin , so dont be shy add me as a friend , i will be uploading pictures soon.
