I think reminding myself of my goals will help me. So here you go, this won't be fun or easy. I'm admitting a few things....
I weigh 237. I am 5 ft 11 in.
My first GW is 199.
Why?
199 takes me out of the obese BMI.
199 is 38 lbs lost.
199 is under 200. (I mean, obviously, lol)
199 symbolizes: healthier life.
199 is a stepping stone to my end goal: 175.
199 is one step towards a bikini. skinny jeans. smaller pants. better shopping! (look out, wallet! lol)
We got this! I know we can do it.
