Hey all - I'm new here, just saying hi.
Although I am not trying to lose a crazy amount of weight (around 16-20 lbs, and i plan on building muscle), I realize how often that gets overlooked by people who want to lose inordinate amounts of weight. I am sick of people telling me "Oh, you look great" when I know that I could be healthier, thinner, and more toned. Being little doesn't mean you're in shape!
So, anyway, I just wanted to say hi & share my point of view :)
