How much weight variation do you have over one day?

I'm sure there are some people here who weigh themselves more than once a day! How much variation is there in your weight throughout the day? Do you end the day heavier than you started?

    up to two pounds difference between the morning and the evening.. it generally goes up gradually.

    Always weigh in the morning.....after you go to the bathroom. My weight is sometimes 2 to 3 pounds heavier in the evening.

    Usually between 2-4, but I have seen 5-7.

    Generally 3-4 pounds....but as much as 5 lbs if I just guzzled a jug of water! :happy:

    Depends on the day...but 4 pounds wouldn't be unreasonable for me...

    Generally up 2-4 lbs at night...but as everyone else I have seen more.

    2-5 lb depending on the amt of liquid that you have consumed... i drink alot of water but usually im no bigger than 3 lb.. but im up every 2 hrs to pee

    I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning. I used to weight myself about2-3 times a day, sometimes right after lunch and I'm always drinking water so sometimes when I weight myself I'm about 2 pounds heavier in the evening, but the next morning when I pee it all out I'm back on track. Don't weight yourself too much! Its discouraging to see those 2 pounds that are not really there the next day. Stay strong!

    It has depended on what I ate the night before. I've had my weight drop a couple pounds in just a couple of hours. But usually it's 2-5lbs.

    3-6 pounds is normal for me, accounting for everything -- clothes change, food intake, water, when I last peed, etc.
