choose high quality nutrient dense foods such as eggs, nuts, olive oil--all have calories--and are good for you. You won't need to eat as much either.

Set your food log to be viewable and you can get better advice based on your food intake.

Make sure the foods you are eating are higher in calories if you can't eat more foods. Also, you might want to change things up a bit - a different kind of exercise, maybe up your calories by 100 or so for a few days and see how it goes.

You are way undereating. Try eating your exercise calories. Maintain at LEAST 1200 NET calories (watch the Net # on your home page). You don't have to eat more food to get the calories in...just higher calorie food. Think nuts (pistachios are great), real whole grain bread (not lite), peanut butter, cheese & crackers, lima beans. Eat more, lose more. Good luck!

drink your calories! I prefer chocolate almond milk...1 or 2 cups should help the calorie intake. Or make a smoothie...when ever my fresh fruit gets a little to ripe, I cut it up and freeze it. I also use tofu desert in place of yogurt and a splash of so good vanilla milk with some whey protein powder. If you can't eat, drink!
