i brought a kettle ball set never unpacked it lol. oh by the way i lifted weights today! i just read as women get older we lose a pound a year faster than man i figure i dont want that to happen to me so i better keep building0

At this point in your weight loss you should have a very small calorie deficit. .5 pound per week or less. Are you sure your activity level has not changed with the great weight loss you have had already. If so you need to revise your goals, probably a lot.0 -
