So I always hear drink at least eight glasses or your weight in lbs/ 2= ounces to drink, BUT drink more if you exercise or drink caffiene or eat lots of sodium. So my question is how much more? I drink constantly and never really feel thirsty, so how do I know when I have had enough?

I think that I read that you are supposed to drink half your body weight in wanter (in ounces obviously lol) so I weigh 130 I am supposed to have 65 ounces of water a day! Thats only what I read though but seems to be working so i am sticking to it0

If your pee is super yellow, you're not drinking enough. If it's a bit yellow or clear, you're good. A tip given to me by my doctor when I was pregnant.0

Agree with the pee comment.
The actual amount you need varies per person, and according to what your body;s used to. I drink water alll day long (around 3-4 litres a day) and if I don't get enough I feel terrible, but my boyfriend hardly drinks any (probably around 1 litre all day), so I guess you get used to what you have. If you're not thirsty, don't get headaches, and feel good, you're probably doing ok!0 -
