Any Goodlife Fitness members?

I'm wondering if anyone has done the "Firm Parts" class at their Goodlife gym. I can't find a good description of what the class entails and what fitness level it is recommended for. Thanks!

I haven't done the class and was having the same issue until I stumbled upon this description:
FIRM PARTS makes muscle, burns calories and promotes fat loss. It is an effective total-body, muscle-conditioning workout using a variety of equipment and techniques. A great complement to any cardio workout and recommended for all members.
I found in a GoodLife Corporate Wellness word document after doing a simple Google search for the class name .0 -
I was unaware about this set of exercise. Will definitely think about it if it is recommended.
