    One of my friends has been doing it for 1 1/2 years now. She watches her diet too but it's gotten her into fantastic shape.

    Crossfit here. It is intense!!!! I go to crossfit on the days I do not go on a run which is about twice a week. I think anyway you burn calories will help you lose weight. The WOD is a great way to get a full body workout.

    Do you research if you are interested. I did get injured doing squats so make sure you have a good spotter with you in the beginning and ask a lot of questions.
