I swear I almost ruptured my stomach at the buffet last night. LOL. Hurt to breath and I totally looked 3 months pregnant.

But today, my stomach is still a bit sore.

    Put me in a Chinese buffet and I can even look 3 months pregnant. Avoding them till I tone up a little bit.

    I honestly can count the times I've ever thrown up on one hand. Last night I got to use my second hand!
    I didn't throw up for guilt of course, I just, was so rediculously full. :sick:

    After eating really healthy for months and months, I went to the buffet at the casino, I ate so much even my ribs hurt, it was awful, lol! Don't know what I was thinking.

    I have a horrible feeling that this will happen to me tonight. I am going out for Sushi, our one night a month girls thing. I can eat so much of it, seriously its silly.

    I have totally eaten to the point of puking before, it was embarrassing and just not good :(

    Been there, done that!

    Was out with girlfriends about a month ago, we went to this amazing buffet and I ate so much I was pretty sure I was going to die!

    I think it was because I had been so good for so long, and I was considering that my "free night out".

    It was awful, really. I never even would have ate that much before I started my life change! I guess I was just too excited :)

    Never again!! I can always go back another time :)

    i eat too much at once pretty often.

    if its really salty food i usually end up with a stomach ache for a while. I get all bloated.

    Haha, awe. Embarrassing is right! I went and ate 5 Guys Burgers n Fries with my boyfriend and our friends, and I had soo much, then we went and walked a mile up the Drag, and haha well, half way through, I tossed my cookies.
