Power Plates/Vibrating Plates

I was wondering what peoples views of them are? I used one last year before the summer, quite a lot, lost weight (put it back on now!!) and thinking of investing in one as a lady I know is selling hers off cheap? They seem to be quite good for toning? I have about 2 inches left to loose on my stomach....worth the £50 for the machine instead of the £200 they retail at? Just curious what people think and what would I log it as in my diary?

A friend of mine was talking about these. Its £25 at some beauty place for a month membership. Do they actually work? £50 sounds like a bargain!0

totally worthless. But if it motivates you, then go for it. Vibrating platforms/ belts etc. IMHO are gimmicks.0

Decided against it, I feel like I get more out of actually running/going to the gym
i WILL get there!0
