Hi! I am new to myfitnesspal and so far am loving it. The site is so easy to get around and I love how easy it is to search foods and exercises. Any helpful tips that I may not have figured out yet would be great! Thanks in advance! :wink:

    I'm fairly new too - 3rd week, I think. The site is great, and I love the HUGE food database. My only advice is to snag a few "friends" on MFP. It makes it more interesting, so you're more likely to log on, and they give you great support! Sending you a request... :flowerforyou:

    Hi! I am new as well. I just started on Monday, as a friend of mine did well with this. I also love the site and think it is fun to log in and see my progress! I am hoping to lose about 10 lbs.

    Thought I'd say hi :) I just started this yesterday. Seems pretty cool so far. I got my mom and aunt on it too so that should be fun! I look forward to getting lots of tips and I love the database! :)
