I know I'm not overweight by any stretch of the imagination. I just wanted to show the difference in 2 years - in 2009 I spent 3 months living at an american summer camp, and this same with all the tasty US food! - Bars of hersheys, corn dogs, pretzels with frosting, milk every day as the water tasted like ****, mountain dew, sooo many carbs, when I came back I was closer to 10 stone. Now I weigh 8 stone 9 lbs, and I have done this using MFP, watching what I eat more, limiting treats and going to the gym 3-5 times a week.
