Brand new to the board, old pro at "trying" to lose weight &

By accident I came across this board and it appears to be a great support mechanism. I deperately need to be able to talk with others. Although I don't have alot of weight to lose (about 20lbs) I feel really unhealthy. I have issues with depression and exercising really helps so I am hoping to get a routine going that I will stay with.

  • Welcome! I also have been playing the weight game pretty much as long as I can remember. I joined this site with the last 20 pounds to lose as well (: Let me tell ya that being able to see what you're eating and how it is changing is a helpful motivational tool. You're going to love it here.

    Even if you dont have a lot to lose it doesnt mttr beeing healthy isnt a job or chore is a lifestyle =)
