I've been on here about a million times, saying I'm gonna stick with the site, blah blah blah. But I never do. HOWEVER- this time will be different because I am now enlisting in the US Navy. Gotta get my butt in shape! Haha. Besides that....I have until about the middle of next month to *attempt* to hit 135, because my boyfriend is going to boot camp for the marines and I want to show him a fit girlfriend before then :) WISH ME LUCK!

    Talk about great motivation. Fantastic!

Good luck with your weight loss goal, and your service in the Navy -- and thank you!
  • Dont go crazy over your weight because there is a deadline, if you drop to much calories from what you normaly eat or if you skip meals you will force your body into a starvation mode and your body will just store as much as it can soon as it gets food.

Just keep up the cardio and eat smaller portions but more ofter like every 3 hours orso to max out your metabolism.

Best of luck on your weightloss and the Navy !

Thanks everyone :) We'll both stay safe.
I think I'm doing alright. I've dropped 5 lbs so far so I'm feeling pretty good. I'm really sore form working out but I'm really excited for this. Hope I can pass my test for rescue swimmer :)
