Hey-thanks for the tip on fiber, Bunny-I just went in and tweaked my settings too.

    Fiber is sooo important.
If there is one thing I couldn't give up...it's a high fiber diet (which is weird since i've always been on the heavy side...portion control.....bites me every time!)

Speaking on the topic of Fiber... You will probably want to increase fiber gradually... If you increase it too quickly... well, the end result could be rather umm... uncomfortable. It has a tendancy to "loosen" some people up. Also be sure to drink your servings of water.

Yeah...you'll either be to.... "loose" or you'll back up like hardening cement, not fun.
Keep that water goin and do it slowly, adding a bit here and there.

I tried nutri-system 3 times. The only meals I could tolerate were the breakfast and lunch ones. I'm still paying them off on Bill Me Later. It costs approximately $300.00 per month. WAY TOO MUCH SODIUM FOR ME.
