Agghhhh What is wrong with me!
I worked out earlier today but I usually try not to eat my workout calories. I earned 650! I have done really well today, but I am making grilled chicken halves with a barbque rub tonight for dinner. I really honestly am so hungry I could eat the entire half. Ha ha YES I am a pig! I even have contemplated walking/jogging the 2.5 miles to my son's baseball game tonight pushing both kids in the stroller just so I can earn more calories so if I eat the chicken its ok! There are days where I want to devour everything that is not nailed down and days where I coudl not eat anything at all! What is wrong with me? I should mentions the days I want to eat everything and anything it isn't just junk food it is food period even good for me period. There are days where I can eat an entire pineapple or watermelon in one sitting! HELP!

Those big calorie burn workouts make you hungry no doubt! I sometimes feel like a bear after working out....Grrrr lol You earned the calories, feel free to eat them back. That is the way this site is intended. Sometimes I can't eat back all my exercise calories but your body (or stomach) will let you know the days you need to eat:) Sounds like you are doing great!!0

Generally speaking, you should be eating your exercise calories so that your calorie deficit isn't too big. MFP already gives you a calorie deficit, not eating your exercise calories puts you at risk for slowing your metabolism and your weight loss.0
