I really need some recipe ideas that I can eat and it won't throw my sugar through the roof!

Here are some great links that I have found with lots of really yummy recipes that are low-carb/low-sugar and won't skyrocket your blood sugar. They are generally a little higher protein and fat, but you gotta replace those sugars and cabs with something!

Ice cream: 1 frozen diced banana mixed in food processor (add vanilla protein powder, cocoa, milk, peanut butter, etc)

Only thing is these have banana's. There is more sugar in a banana than a snickers bar. yes simple sugar- but will still raise sugar levels0 -
