cut up a cucumber with a granny smith apple and squeeze the juice from 2 lemons all over the fruit and then sprinkle some salt over the fruit. enjoy!!! its soo yummy and your plate is like piled high with it, and its less than 200 cals prolly way lower???? seriously???? it is soo effin good. try it!! its filling also, you wont be hungry a few hrs later. hellerrr fruit fiber :) like seriously itll look like you over loaded your plate and you didnt!! go try it:)
