Lemon Zest Ricotta Creme
1/2 C light Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. Lemon Zest (grated lemon peel)
1 package of sugar substitute

74 Calories, 3 Carbs, 4 fat, 7 protein

there are different variations.....you can add coffee grinds to make it mocha...or vanilla extract....Almond extract is also an option with added almond slivers

p.s.
I had the lemon Ricotta today and felt like I HAD to share cause its soooo YUMMY:flowerforyou:
