Calories Goal: High than Low Fluctuation - Is this bad?

I have trouble keeping my calorie intake consistent from day to day. Some days (usually when I go out to eat for meetings, date nights, or nights out with the girls) I go over by 300-500 calories and some days when I am less busy I am under the same amount, but on average I am around my goal. Does it matter if I am on average around my goal or is this going to make it harder for me to lose weight? Your input is appreciated!

Google calorie cycling. Sounds like this is inadvertently what you are doing. Maybe it would be a good option for you, and maybe you could get good results with a little advance planning with this method.

A lot of us zig zag our cals, sounds like you're doing it unintentionally. If you don't lose weight, then start to question it ;)
