I suppose it can. I mean healthier diet, in many cases can lead to increased energy, and a healthier hormone production, which, of course, could also mean more sex drive. But that's not true in every case, it would depend on the level of increase in hormone levels I suppose.
Course if you start looking better, and members of the opposite sex (or same sex as the case may be) find you more attractive, simple increased attention could boost it some.0 -
Working out releases more testosterone which would up your drive.0

Oh man.... I wonder... Is THAT why?! I've always been crazy about my man. For the first 3 years, I wanted to tear him apart (my usual ravenousness), but I figured the "dry spell" was because that just happens to every couple. Of course feeling fat and gross don't help at all since I don't want him to touch me and be disgusted (I'm really not that bad either, it's just called: "being a girl"). Even though I've been successfully dieting lately, I haven't gotten to my goal weight yet, and to me, my goal weight equals instant sex appeal and then and only then, will I be acceptable to have sex with. Now keep in mind, this insanity is only in my insecure head.
HOWEVER, I wonder if this has to do with my feelings towards sex lately. Even with only a few pounds shed, my libido seems to have kicked it up a notch. I've gone from wanting it maybe once or twice every two months, to almost every day. I'm so glad, too. My brain has always been like a guy (no offense), gimme gimme gimme. With my respectful ONE guy, of course, LOL. I was even searching for chick viagra! ANYTHING! I was afraid he would seek physical affection elsewhere too if I got too chubby (he never, ever would, but again, "being a girl").
Sorry for the rambling, but my awesome diet must be the key to a lot more than I had hoped for and it's amazing that someone else posted this.

Now if only I could convince my wife to try this.0
