What's your favorite packaged food/meal?

Mine would be the original Kashi Go Lean cereal (High Protein and High Fiber) because I think it has the best nutrition for a cereal.

And Garden Lites which my mom picked up for me at Costco because they taste decent, they are easy to make, and they're a nice vegetarian source of protein.

    I like cinnamon burst cheerios and laughing cow light chipolte & queso fresco cheese wedge.

    I am really liking the kellog's fiber bars. The coconut one is heaven. High in fiber, and not all that bad for calories (less than my south beach bars!)

    I like Breakstones cottage cheese and fruit. I prefer the pinapple but there is peach and strawberry also. Only 100 calories!

    i love lean cuisine and healthy choice frozen meals -- please, everyone, spare me the sodium lecture. :)

    my favorite packaged snack foods... Calbee Snappea Crisps, sugar free chocolate pudding, 50 calorie yoplait fiber one yogurt

    ANYTHING Kashi!!!! This company does such great things with fast convenient foods to help keep you on track. I eat that cereal everyday too :) It's the best. They have great granola bars, crackers, frozen meals (I don't eat these often because of the sodium...but if I'm on the run and don't have many options, they are the best), and even pizza and cookies if you feel like a cheat (but it is still healthy)!!!

    for me...
    Breakfast-jimmy deans d-lightful breakfast sandwhiches, or blueberry muffin frosted miniwheats!
    Dinner-healthy choice cafe steamers, or oscar meyer-deli creations
    Snacks-90 calorie fiber one bars, cottage cheese doubles, skinny cow caramel crisps :)

    Kashi is the best! I love there cereal!! Thats what I had for dinner last night actually!
