haven't eaten fast food in 5 years, workout at least 4 times a week, went off Birth Control months ago, don't eat frozen dinners etc. I cook most of my meals. i stay away from white breads etc, and I drink TONS of water. *sigh* was on weight watchers for 1 1/2 years (did get to goal weight and went back up). I let myself splurge once a week. It's only 10 measly lbs that I want off. Not much.
