Hey there. I'm having some issues. I don't have ANY time to workout except mondays and sat and sun. My new job is every day from 6:30/7AM - 5:30/6.11 hours..AND its 45 minutes from my house right now, until I move in July...When I get home I just have time to eat and take a shower then I go to bed at 9 so I can wake up at 5 for work. Anyone ever have a situation where they had no time to workout? Is there any way to fit in a little something? I am glad that I work in a lab so I am on my feet for a good part of the day. I'm also really frustrated because I haven't lost any weight in like 3 weeks, even though I'm eating within my calories. I'm really close to giving up right now. I don't know what I can do. I tried to up my calories, eat my exercise calories, not eat my exercise calories, and changed my activity level from sedentary to lightly active (because of my job) and nothing seems to be working!

suggestions walk on your lunch hour ..get a full 60min workout on the days you can or have off..get up 30min earlier and get a workout in or go to bed 30min later....

Have you thought about ankle weights? That might do some toning in your legs since you are up walking all day...get a pedometer and track your steps!

I was gonna say walk during ur lunch hour..or half of it. Park as far as u can from work building so u can walk then too. Don't give up! You can still lose weight with little exercise if u are eating right. I got stuck and ate more calories and it helped. I started dropping weight. Play with what ur eating and see what works best for ur body. U can't quit..too much to live for!!!

Looks like you're doing pretty darned good. You might try tracking the Sugar on your food diary page, it might be the culprit. Sugar is so totally bad for us in large amounts and might very well be the reason you're not losing. Replace sugary snacks with veggies, like cut-up cauliflower and hummus rather than cookies and nut bars. It's all about substitution. And keep your sodium around 1500.

You're active, too, are your calories set correctly on your Goals page?

Hope everything goes well, you're certainly trying very hard and doing a great job! Don't give up, just make adjustments.

    Cheers. :drinker:
