ive lost 50 lbs today thats 50 gone since jan 15 2008
thanks to all here in mfp :drinker:
plus from starting to be able to only do only 4 push ups and nothing else i now do 625 pushups a week m-f ,500crunches a week m-f ,300 situps a week m-f ,100 leglifts,100knee lifts a week m-f
uh almost forgot :drinker: on the weekend :devil:

    Great job man. When so many people out in there keep talking it, you've been walking it. Not only is this good for you and your health, the example you just set for your boys will last them a lifetime. They now have proof positive that a man can take control of his life and become what he chooses to become. Best of all, that man is their dad. Although they might not say it, but I guarantee you that they're impressed.
