Hey!

Is anyone looking to maintain weight and just eat healthier and get toned? I joined in order to track my exercise and make sure that my calories come from a healthy balances diet. However, I do not want to lose any weight--just maintain it at the same level, the healthy way. I'd like some friends who are doing the same!

I'm in maintenance mode. My goal now is to tone up and just work on keeping the weight I lost -- off my body. I've changed my workout routine to more strength and less cardio and I already see a difference in my belly and my arms. :)

I lost 48 pounds in 2010 and am now in maintenance mode. I find it equally, if not more difficult, than losing weight as my body just gravitates to weight gain! I do try to focus on eating healthy (vegetables, fruits and lean meats), but also struggle with my weaknesses = salt and sugar cravings! It is a difficult journey, but I am focused on staying the course.

I've just kicked over into maintenance mode and am aiming to build strength and cardio endurance and to eat as much healthy, high nutrient food as possible.

i've reached my goal weight and want to do the same. however, i'm nervous about raising my intake so much. i was taking in 1200 and now the recommended says 1730. could this be wrong?
