I feel really silly for asking this but perhaps other people might have the same question...
when i complete my total calories intake for the day and then i log in the exercise it give me extra calories.. but does that mean i can eat more? because when i log it in MFP says i`m not eating enough calories...:/ i`m confused.

this is true. when you signed up the calorie deficit was immediately put into place and thats what gives you your daily intake, if you exercise, you need those cals back to fuel your body so eat those cals!0
