We know music moves you. What about movies?

It's well known that music stirs up emotions and gets your body moving. That's why they blast it during aerobic classes and sporting events.

But, what about movies? Are there any movies that just make you feel like benching pressing the universe? Any specific scenes?

For me, seeing the long fight scene from Kill Bill really gets me wanting to work out. It's so well done! Also, pretty much any fight scene in Fight Club gets me ready to hit a punching bag.

Any awesome movie scenes that come to mind for you?

Well for me any movie where you see the character do something incredible and think why can't I do that? Most recently I watched The Fighter and literally said "That's insane!" when Mark Wahlberg was on the chin up bar but instead of doing pullups he brought his legs up and over his head. I can't even do one pull up with my own body weight let alone that craziness :) Plus then I think of Black Swan and wonder why can't I have that kind of motivation? Not to the point of being obsessive mind you but dedicated to doing the best you can through daily practice and not giving up.

Most boxing movies work for me, the Fighter is particularly good.
