    Hello. I would say that being at this site is a great start. I was here two years ago, and lost almost 40 pounds. Didn't stay with it, and gained it all back plus some. Just being aware of what you are eating is a big help to me. Good luck in your journey.

    Keep in mind that MFP calculates your deficit which is directly affected by the exercises you input. So be sure to eat close to your recommended calories each day so your body has adequate nutrition and energy to turn fat stores into energy.

    Also, you are close to your goal weight, so stick with 1 pound or 1/2 pound a week weight loss so as not to stress your body.

    Thanks! ..........I usually don't get the required caloric intake, and I feel fine. However when I do, I feel over full .....
    Just concerned that I am not meeting my nutritional requirments.
